The location is great. The grounds and buildings are nice. Rooms are far nicer than average hotel rooms. Very comfortable bed.

It could have been a little cleaner , pillow cases were stained
Long check-in line and wait. Time-share sales. Outrageous 'resort fees' but resort amenities extra on top!!! Huge cockroach in our room. Noisy HVAC never stops. Kitchen lacks basic supplies. Long lines at gate, room card never worked. Horrible WiFi.

The pool pictures on the website are from the ?waterpark? which is NOT included in the resort fee. $25/person per DAY to access that pool is a ripoff. The rest of the pools onsite are basic hotel pools, nothing special. 10am checkout is ridiculous.
