This Lake Buena Vista hotel is in the Walt Disney World Resort® and has 2 heated pools and an aquatic playground. Disney Springs® is opposite the hotel. The hotel is an 11 minutes' drive from Epcot. Scheduled daily shuttle service/transportation to the four Walt Disney World theme parks is available. Reservations are required. Shuttle schedules and information are provided at check-in. Oasis Bar and Grill offers food and beverages by the pool. Joffrey's Coffee Shop is available for daily breakfast and serves coffee, assorted pastries and hot breakfast sandwiches. A 55-inch flat-screen cable TV and small refrigerator are in all rooms at this Orlando Wyndham Lake Buena Vista Resort Disney Springs® Resort Area. Select rooms have a fireworks view. - Perfect location and the pool area was awesome!
- Easy access to Disney Springs, comfortable beds and pillows, nice pool area.
Cons -
- Cleanliness of floor in room and hallways
- 4:00 check in is too late for families traveling from a distance. Also, our room was not ready by 4:00 as stated in their policy. Had to wait in lobby,with wet bathing suit, until the room was ready-app.13 minutes.
- Treatment of my family by the staff of the Poolside Cafe, Food and Beverage Manager, Security Supervisor, Front Desk Manager, Hotel Manager
