Fairly decent location with good variety of shopping and dining nearby

A little bit outdated

Friendly helpful staff. Well maintained property. Breakfast was okay. The room had a microwave and mini fridge. Room was relatively clean. No bugs. Lots of places to eat near by. Good location.

Room definitely showing it's age. A little rough around the edges, but clean. Found a random sock in the room. Definitely not ours.

I loved the location and the breakfast was good. The room had a pleasant smell and seemed to be cleaned well.

There was a German cockroach in my room.

Staff/Service was good. Room was very clean. Pool was clean everyday. Walking distance to restaurants.

Musty carpets even though room was clean. Not enough pool towels. Breakfast was just eggs, biscuits w gravy n waffles. The only fruit were whole oranges.

For the price, the hotel was decent at best. The beds were absolutely uncomfortable. Could barely sleep, however they were neatly made and clean. We found a roach crawling up the wall as we left. Thank Goodness.

The front desk people are rude as hell. Treated my husband like a peasant. ZERO customer service!

Parking, location and price

The bedroom was not clean.

Staff was Great, very warm, Welcoming and Polite. Breakfast was very good. Pool was wonderful. Location was very accessible to everything.

Beds were very small especially for two people to sleep in. We had to rent an additional rollaway bed to accommodate our second child. Wife and I had to sleep on our sides, side by side.. The mattress was very hard, painful to sleep on. The pillows were old and all bunched up. Every nights sleep was terrible. The shower head needs to be changed, flow uneven. The vending machines were VERY expensive. And the location of the room was terrible, we booked a room overlooking the lake, were placed in a room on the first floor, at the bottom of the send floor stairs. Toliet kept being blocked. WiFi knocked out in storms. Very Weak / Slow WiFi.

The location for those visiting Disney parks is exceptional. Easy access location with plenty of parking spaces.

Don't expect any exceptional accommodation. The rooms, although simple, are spacious. A simple breakfast without much variety.

I like the area of the hotels location

The sofa bed was not in good condition which made it uncomfortable to sleep on. The cleaning person did not clean properly. I had a suite so I expected it to be better. I wouldn’t recommend.
