Pros +
- Great location, decent value.
- It’s proximity to Disney world and Disney Springs. The room size.
- Had breakfast on the last day. The food was good and the staff was great. The boys enjoyed the bar, the drinks and the food they ordered.
Cons -
- Staff said they had a pack-n-play (we reserved one in their app as well). They never delivered one, making it difficult for our night with a toddler.
- The room wasn’t as clean as preferred.
- The showers were cold and took a while to barely get warm, even after letting the front desk know about this issue. The refrigerator in the 1st room worked too good that it froze the milk that my son bought for his 2 year old.There are free shuttles, but you have to reserve them to get the free shuttle, not mentioned on the website so found out at check in and spots are limited. Reserved 2 rooms. One was ready early so we paid the early check-in fee so we could drop everything in one room and head out to lunch, but the 2nd room wasn't ready at 4 pm (check in time) it was about 5 pm before we could check in and move our stuff to our room.

Great location, decent value.

Friendly, knowledgeable, efficient staff. Caring about our stay and recognizing that my husband was ill and asking about his progress. Gift basket, card signed by staff, and flowers to our room. Breakfast vouchers for me to use a couple days before going to the hospital. Shuttles to Disney parks that my daughters could use. Ability to extend stay without changing rooms
