Room was comfortable and perfect location.
Hair on beddingHair in showerHair on linensToilet overflowed. Went to get a plunger and she demanded I bring it back immediately. Also, middle age Hispanic lady at front desk was extremely rude to me and the guy (Mr. wise) that was in front me.

Love the location, great walking distance to the mall, eatery, and stores. Bus line right in front.

I was hesitating to book in this hotel because of the reviews. But I needed a hotel that is close to the airport. So I went ahead and booked. I spend the night prior to my flight. I highly recommend it is just 4 minutes from the international airport. To pricey but convinient location.
The only thing I didn't like was that the sofa bed didn't had sheets.

location is good, free parking.
room is very old, dirty. everything is old. chose the hotel because it has 2 beds and a pull-out couch but when we pulled the couch out the mattress looked disgusting. there is no room service. no towels exchange. they will take your towels and wash them and you will have to wait 1-2 hours to pick them up. there is hardly any receptionist at the front. whenever we needed anything we had to wait for them to show up.bonus: the public bathroom by the pool is disgusting too. had an emergency and almost threw up there.
