Pros +
- Location was great as well as the pool area
- Front desk staff and the views from the room.
- The location is honestly great. Right by disney and very close to seaworld and universal. Right near plenty of food and shopping. Breakfast was great and the service at breakfast was also great every time.
Cons -
- Unfortunately they charged me two fees one $-- and one $--- when I noticed I went to the front desk, they did not know why this happened. I had prepaid my room and they charged my incidental already. Now I wait a week for my refunds
- The housekeeper trying to get in long before checkout while we were changing without knocking.
- I wouldn't rate this a 4 star hotel. It was in a great location, and that breakfast buffet was great. Other than that, there were not nearly the amenities provided nor the service I would expect for a 4 star hotel/resort.
