Pros +
- Staff was excellent upon check in and during our stay. The overnight gentleman wasn?t friendly at all, but all other staff was.
- Conveniently located to airport and cruise terminal
- The hotel was not clean every room I had roaches was in the room I was unable to sleep comfortably in the room i could not wait to check out
Cons -
- The hotel itself seemed to be well maintained with the exception of a slight mold smell in our room and water on the carpet from the air conditioner. The bathtub also drained very slowly while getting a shower.
- The room smelled musty, stagnant.
- Yes, it was not clean I expected better for a Holiday Inn property roaches in the room the Manager did nothing to accommodate me just told me it's warm climate area and bug will come out I would like a complete refund of my stay
