- The woman that checked me in was amazing. I left a Days inn because it was disgusting and needed to get in my room earlier than normal check in time and she made it happen for me!! Total opposite of the days inn the hyatt was everything i needed

The rooms need to be deep cleaned. I booked 3 rooms and all smelled bad. The carpet in rooms and hallways, mattress and sofa smelled bad from mold. My cousin talked to the manager and nothing was done and no even responded anything about it.
