- The front desk was understanding that the place was not up to my standards.
- The lobby was the only thing that was nice.
- Beds were comfortable. A good location for restaurants and shopping.
Cons -
- False advertisement. There is no pool, no gym, bathrooms don?t work properly.
- The hotel has a 3.5 rating. It isn?t even a 1 rating. Halls are dark. Our door didn?t close safely. The safety lock boxes was cracked open with a crow bar and unusable. The safety box was opened with a crow bar. We didn?t stay at the hotel.
- Hotel in need of basic maintenance. Very worn out. Bugs in bathroom. Check in staff not friendly. Armed security in lobby makes you wonder about safety.
