Nothing. The attendant took us to see the room before honoring the reservation so that we could see that the hotel had a roach problem. I?m sure it was more important than we see that it was a transient place perhaps housing drug addiction persons.

If you don't mind the staff ignoring your request and the halls smelling of urine then this is the place for you. The beds were very comfortable, and the spacious rooms were a plus, yet if this is representative of the Sonesta name. I tried it, but never.
My 1st room was bad they have to moved me to the second room which had mold and it was smelling

The staff was very friendly. When I discussed the problem about the door not completely locking, they moved me to another room. Had ice water with lemons at the front desk.

The staff was absolutely amazing. The rooms were filthy. The bathroom door was broken and held together by rusty screws. My wife got locked in the bathroom for over an hour due to the broken door. Fridge had black mold in the bottom, the tub was filthy
