- The staff.. and the bed was very comfortable..

- Well, there were sugar ants in the room, the staff would not take care of them when asked, the room was not cleaned properly, did not leave new towels, the floor was not vacuumed, the hotel advertises open kitchen and was closed 80% of the time.
