We arrived late and asked for a king bed because the third person in our room hadn't come after all. They said it was no problem, which I appreciated. They actually ended up upgrading us to a massive suite with the most amazing shower. It was really great

I booked a 2 queen bed for the extra price because I had my children with me and he gives me keys to a tiny room with 1 queen in it I showed him my phone and what I selected he says it came through as a 1 queen, then wanted me to pay the regular rate

Staff are friendly, and do try their best. The rooms are large and the elevators fast. Parking is ample and it is located conviently near other amenities. Excellent aromatic soaps/ provided paper towels/ dish soap for kitchen
