- The front desk staff. The hotel appearance in general
- New, clean and comfortable
- Very clean and modern facilities. Really good breakfast selection. 24hr tea/coffee set up at the reception was amazing. My family enjoyed our stay
Cons -
- My room cleanliness, housekeeping and manager.
- The bed mattress and pillows are too soft for me.
- The staff were awful. They shut their pool down early and were absolutely ignorant to their guests.
