For stays of 7 nights or longer, the provided cleaning service includes dusting, vacuuming, emptying the trash, cleaning the bathroom, cleaning the kitchen, changing linens and towels and more. Fresh towels and linens can be exchanged at the front desk at any time for a small fee. A surcharge of EUR 10 applies per hour for early check-in and late check-out. All requests for early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and confirmation by the property. Daily housekeeping services are available for an additional fee. A valid credit card is required at check-in for payment; cash is not accepted. Smoking is allowed in designated areas. For non-compliance USD 250 violation fee is strictly enforced.
