Great location to places to eat, close to beach and fast route around the city.

Old building, only one access for entry.

Location is great and the setup of the room was pretty nice.

Our ac leaked. A lot. Like, the carpet was always damp...None of the exterior doors actually lock. Definitely didn't feel very safe. Extra pillows are unattainable unless you know a guy that knows a guy. Oh, and why aren't there two nightstands for a queen sized bed in a room that folks actually live in sometimes?

Location was great. Had breakfast with friends at a local diner every morning.

It was a nice location! The staff was absolutely excellent. 3 out of 4 people who assisted me were so nice and friendly! I believe their names were Kayla, Alexis and I think the last girl’s name started with a D or an S. (Sorry, I forgot!) All of those ladies were so sweet and accommodating to me!

Someone informed me on their smoke break that the reason why they were out in the back was to not deal with any guests since it was her break time. I had pointed out that the door 4 was not working with the key card and that was her response to me.

The stay was quite comfortable for the hotel located in Greece and the pricing was affordable. All the staff were courteous even though we understood they were also in learning process I liked to stay in this exact place after 15 years but did not regret.Overall nice place to stay

1. The checkin process took almost 1.5 hours because of reported system issue to allocate free room. 2. I wanted to use cash but I was told at check in that if paid in cash I need to pay additional 100USD which was not mentioned anywhere in booking confirmation and I had to eventually use my credit card from Canada 3. The people up my room constantly made noise throughout night which was again not the problem with hotel4. It was not a full breakfast like canadian hotels and only had muffin and coffee

Good location

We tried to check in at 2:30, we were told to go sit in our car and wait till 3:00. At 3 we attempted again to check in as we had a meeting to attend. The manager had not shown up for work, wouldn’t answer her phone and the girl left at the desk wasn’t allowed to do the check in process. Waited another 30 minutes before she came in. Late for our meeting ?. Advertised breakfast, it was a granola bar. Employees made it clear they weren’t happy with management.

Friendly staff very personable. Full size refrigerator, 2 burners and whatever you needed in dishes, silverware, and anything else else just ask.

Breakfast, on first floor we heard every pounding move from second floor we had two dogs and was not advised of the fee ahead of time. $27 PER DOG A DAY. (ONE WAS ONLY 14 WEEKS OLD) FYI We used Bookings.com
