- The location was excellent
- - nice job preserving some of the existing architecture of the building, and keeping a sense of place in the decor (ex. historical photos on the walls) - Staff were fantastic - Glad to have a fridge and microwave
- spacious room very clean
Cons -
- Dirty Tv and phone not working in room Shower dirty Dust everywhere Dark room very depressing no windows or light
- Lack of staff to help with luggage.. my foot is in a cast and I had to use 2 of the small luggage racks available.? even though 2 staff were present no one offered to help.
- Bring back real coffee makers over pod machines.
