Cons -
- The in-room HVAC system sounds like a loud hair dryer and cannot be controlled. Makes it very difficult to get a good night?s sleep. Bring ear plugs!
- Dirty sheets in the hallway as well as debris just randomly out on the floor. The people next to us were yelling and partying until 3am. Nothing was done until I called the customer care and they sent security to handle it.
- We were given the wrong room type and none of staff tried to fix the issue.
