It was dirty. Like, cobwebs in the corners, dark red big stains on the carpet. The lampshades were broken and stained. Spiders in the bathroom and dirt/floor stuff in the bed - clearly not changed linens

The kitchen nook but I could've just brought a hot plate this place was horrible very unprofessional and the residents never leave so they over book and I was told you couldn't reside there if you work there but ERICA LIVES THERE AND IS VERY RUDE CHELSEA

Kids knocking on hotel doors at 11pm and 12am. Room phone not operational. Desk clerk said, you should have called front desk. We explained that was not possible. We were told, next time walk down to front desk. Unsympathetic, bad service.
