- The room was immaculate, but the toilet was broken. I had to leave and get a refund.
- The kitchen nook but I could've just brought a hot plate this place was horrible very unprofessional and the residents never leave so they over book and I was told you couldn't reside there if you work there but ERICA LIVES THERE AND IS VERY RUDE CHELSEA

- The staff was understandably overwhelmed because many people were checking in due to a large power outage in the area. They had no maintenance staff to make repairs.
- I hated this place very unprofessional and the hospitality was the worst I ever experienced I had to call the police to get my things
