Location and excellent rooms

Staff was very friendly. The hotel is a good value for the cost. Location was good.

The doors of the room are very noisy. My lamp did not work. The toilet was not stable.

The gentleman at the check-in desk around 10 pm was very nice. Our original room was given to someone else, so the desk clerk upgraded us to a jacuzzi suite. Our room was clean and of average quality.

Called to see if we could get an early check-in before the Celebration of Life we traveled to attend started. We were left on hold for 30 minutes. I called a second time and they disconnected me. We couldn't check in until after the event ended. We were disappointed our room was given away since we mentioned the event we were attending would be ending late. and we would be late if we couldn't get an early check in.Our room was next to their banquet hall. The music was VERY LOUD and made it impossible to go to sleep until they closed. The breakfast was just toast, muffins, cold cereal, and one yogurt. We expected a little more from a Days Inn & Suites.

My TV a didn’t work Friday … the remote wouldn’t work so that was frustrating …

The lobby was nicely decorated, and comfortable. The desk clerk was very friendly. My room was extremely clean, spacious, and had pretty carpet. The price was excellent, and it was very quiet all night, unlike other hotels in the area.

The breakfast isn't that good, (no hot food), but it's pretty typical to just get a continental breakfast in this price range. It's nice that you could at least microwave a Jimmy Dean sandwich.

Good location, friendly employees

Pee stains in bed, blood stain on bed, ripped up mattress, dirty rooms and toilet felt like it was coming out of the wall.

Andre front desk was awesome . Location was perfect . Light breakfast was a plus

The toilet had dry poop on bowl and toilet seat was dirty. Also, air conditioner was held up by old duct tape.

The location and neighbourhood was fine. The front desk staff were very nice.

The stair carpets (we were on the 2nd floor) were thick with grime. While the carpets were vacuumed daily, no amount of vacuuming would get rid of the grime.

The location was good

I didnt like only one little garbage can in my room for a 3 day stay for a hot tub room need more that 2 towels at least 4 and whats up with turning your used towels in before they give you new ones
