Firstly, they accused me of not having paid for the room. Luckily I had saved screenshots. The room was very dirty. There was so much noise during the night. Overall a horrendous experience.

This is ridiculous. How we book a hotel room for $-- with tax and no breakfast was EVER OFFERED to us to be included. Plus, the room we were in had carpet patch work on the floor instead of replacing it . And lastly, the pool floor needs to be replaced.

This is ridiculous. How we book a hotel room for $-- with tax and no breakfast was EVER OFFERED to us to be included. Plus, the room we were in had carpet patch work on the floor instead of replacing it . And lastly, the pool floor needs to be replaced.
