I don't know who made mistake in describing their breakfast as Buffet. It is not Buffet it is small restaurant where you need to order meal. Some guests may be ok with that but we like to chose what we prefer without waiting on waitress.

Front desk staff was rude, shuttle driver was horrendous and should be fired, he didn?t want to do his job, complained about driving to venue and sat in his vehicle talking with another woman.

Beautiful hotel, clean, and overall great customer service. I'd recommend this hotel.

I was woken up by guest who were in the hallway after 2am, screaming and arguing. I called the front desk multiple times requesting assistance. They didn't respond to the unruly guest until I threatened to handle it myself (this was the third call).
