- Yes, we arrived approximately 3:30 pm with reservations for two rooms; one room had been given away; we then had to rush around and find two rooms at another motel; what good are reservations when they do stuff like this; rooms were booked 9 weeks earlier
- We never got our room. We were told rooms were still being cleaned by a single housekeeper with no estimated time a room would be ready. I provided my phone number to receive a call when a room was ready, but never received a call.
- There¿s a kitchen but you don¿t get dishes, glasses or anything. If you want those you have to pay extra. The hotel smells horrible. We couldn¿t get towels for two days. They make you take your trash to a dumpster in the back of the parking lot.
