The staff were very friendly and very helpful.

Cons -

Kids knocking on hotel doors at 11pm and 12am. Room phone not operational. Desk clerk said, you should have called front desk. We explained that was not possible. We were told, next time walk down to front desk. Unsympathetic, bad service.
They charged me twice for a pet deposit. 75.00 twice instead of refunding the first deposit.
Was breakfast till 11 went about 10:45 before leaving over also didn't know pool was out of service

Pool room was freezing. Didn?t seem fully sealed off to the outside. room looked pretty clean but bedsheets were stained and had a couple hairs on them. Questionable marks on bathroom ceiling. Hallway areas has spots in need of repairs.
