- Comfortable bed
- it was close to royal oak music theatre
- Staff was nice, rooms were clean, area seemed nice as well.

- Staff was hard to understand there english
- It is a Motel, not a hotel, which isn’t really disclosed. It is quite rundown, and not very clean.
- The free breakfast was lack luster. Scrambled eggs, sausage and waffles. Thats it. I went down for breakfast at 730 am and everything was gone. I had to wait 30 minutes to get eggs and sausage. When they filled it, it wasn't even a lot. I wish there were more options, maybe fruit and yogurt as well.

I got what I paid for!
All that covered the window was a shear drape, the full coverage drape was fixed half open ! The Airconditioning didn't work!
