- My room that I reserved was gave away. My son and I got there a hour after check in a room I reserved at least 2 weeks ahead of time and they claimed they didn't have a double queen so I had to share a bed with my 18 year old son.
- Housekeeping removed all towels and only left 1 clean towel, plus left bed unmade and garbage in trash cans. There were ants in the bathroom, kitchen and in my bed. Room was hot and uncomfortable despite having air set at lowest temperature.
- There is no breakfast but it states free breakfast. No one really speaks English. No exercise room no ice machine. No skillets pots and pans only paper plates plastic spoons no forks or knifes. How am I supposed to cook . You have a stove and fridge.
