We have been staying at this hotel for 4 times now and we always have good experience. The place is always clean and rooms are always tidy. The staff are always helpful and friendly. The best part is the scent they use. The hallway always smells good!!!

The front desk. I had an issue with a hotel across the street canceling my room, and I was needing to jump on a Zoom call for work. She let me check in a little early & was able to get on. Wish I could give Hotel employee a 12 out of 10.
Maybe it was all unfortunate timing for me and this review, but I was not impressed at all. The only saving grace was how nice and hospitable the staff was. I had no needs outside of checking in n and out, so there wasn't much interaction.

Noise level from street traffic is loud. No parking besides valet parking which costs $24 a day. The breakfast option is $18 per person and not worth it in the least. The shower floor had dried blood all over it and left for us to find.

Staff was rude - you cannot use the main lobby to hang out as they close right after breakfast . We came from Oklahoma for a soccer tournament- we like to hang out with parents out in lobby and they said no .

Location and. She was so great and was handling so many things on her own. We also obtained a full bedding package for the pull-out sofa bed; sheets, pillow and blanket. The other hotel we were at previously offered only one flat sheet.
