- Friendly staff, clean and beautiful hotel.
- Customer services were excellent. Food was great
- Convenient location close to Eisenhower airport.
Cons -
- Hot tub had been gotten rid of; for the price, I would have expected some complimentary breakfast options; lots of kids screaming and doing TikTok dances in public areas; tried using the pool area but there was a dad verbally abusing his young kid
