Hyatt Place Wichita State University

Very nice hotel. I just wish I would’ve been notified before I paid that the pool was out of service! Then the receptionist canceled my order and completely neglected to tell me that she had finished. So I stood there waiting for 10 mins until she followed up with what we were doing.

Great location with easy access to the highway, WSU, and downtown. Very comfortable and clean room, and good selections at breakfast.

Room was spacious and clean, beds were very comfortable. Breakfast was delicious and had many options.

The staff was friendly. Good variety for breakfast. Late checkout.

No microwave in the room.

The location was great and I felt safe.

The property was great, the evening front desk lady could have been friendlier. We asked for towels as we went into the pool around 9pm and there was 1 towel left. She refilled the towels. When we were leaving the pool (9:30-9:45) another large group showed up, we didn’t want to take all of the freshly stocked towels so my daughters went to the front desk to ask for towels for our room. She told them she just gave them towels, which she didn’t, she refilled the pool towels. As a family of 5, we needed extra towels to shower in our rooms. Please don’t make us feel like we are a bother to you at work, where you’re at to do a job.

It was very nice and the location was perfect, we really enjoyed our stay
