- At check in, the front desk clerk was on the rude side and little help. Circling back on the 2nd night for the airport shuttle, the two individuals said to just Uber - not what was advertised. Disappointed in amenities advertised vs. what was actuality.

- The heater did not work in the room. It was 66 degrees in the room and would not adjust either way hotter or colder. It stayed uncomfortable in the room at all times. They had no breakfast or complementary coffee.
