Clean rooms and common areas

Toilet height is too short. I am 5’10” and it was too low to ground. Not an accessible room so not sure why they were installed?

The room ,the bed , the cleanliness, the pool, and whirlpool/ spa..

The hotel charged us a fee along with the total due for 2 nights. We were told the fee was in case we used the snack and beverage area. We didn't use that at all. My grandson paid with hus own bank card because we didn't know. When we checked out the concierge told me I'd be reimbursed in 7 days. We'll, I've yet to be reimbursed. So in reality the room was a total of 330 for me plus almost 50 bucks for a stay. Not very happy.

It’s a great location, newest hotel. We only stayed a night but it was perfect; clean -quiet. Everything we needed on our road trip:)

Newer hotel. Very comfortable, well appointed and CLEAN. Comfortable beds and pillows. We were there for one night on a cross-country drive. Have stayed here before and will definitely stay again. Staff is very friendly.

This was an excellent hotel! We had a queen suite with sofa bed and it had plenty of room for our family. It also had a fridge and microwave as well as 2 tv's. The room was very clean. One of the best things was that they had gluten free bagels as part of the delicious breakfast.

There were only 4 towels and 2 washclothes for a 5 person room. It would have been nice to have more available.

Hotel lobby smelled like cigarettes and weed. Staff was too busy chatting with each other than working on checking me in.

room was dirtybug found on sheethair on bathroom towelsbreakfast was very pooronly had warm up breakfast sandwiches which were terrible, no fruit.my friend and I stayed here prior and got a Queen with pull out couch the room was so clean and inviting it was perfect breakfast was bacon sausage eggs plus morewas great! so know rooms have potential but it should have been a red flag this time as we see a room being sprayed by individuals with hazmat suits/masks on

due to there COVID-19 protocol. Staff had to get guests there breakfast. More training for housekeeping. Provided tip to housekeep for more towels. did not receive. Trash was not emptied for our 4 day stay.
