Location is amazing
Staff didn’t follow through. Room bedding was dirty. Had to change the bedding myself cause no one reminded the cleaning crew to come in after messages daily on getting them to clean it. Constantly having to ask for towels was annoying I would think for a 5 day stay for two people 4 towels wouldn’t be enough. But the staff sure seemed to think so. The facilities was really lacking as well the gym shouldn’t be called a gym. I’m still curious why they had a bench but no weights to use.

This hotel is very well maintained, clean and neat. The lobby and dining areas were nicely decorated for the holiday season, most enjoyable.
The breakfast was good but did not match the quality of the food as it did 5 years ago.

The area in which this hotel is located is beautiful. the grounds are very well maintained, peaceful, quiet and relaxing. There are several very good restaurants in the immediate area (within walking distance). The staff is extremely pleasant, helpful and friendly. The room was very spacious and clean. Beds were comfortable, There were more than enough towels provided to accommodate us. Full sized fridge, dish washer, dishes, etc. I very highly recommend this hotel - you will not be disappointed. I've stayed in hotels far below this standard for double the price - this place is awesome!

The breakfast was delicious. The property is beautifully decorated. The staff was very welcoming and kind. It's extremely clean and smells amazing! My favorite place to stay by far.
