- Front desk staff was friendly, location was great.
- Location and. She was so great and was handling so many things on her own. We also obtained a full bedding package for the pull-out sofa bed; sheets, pillow and blanket. The other hotel we were at previously offered only one flat sheet.
- Easy to locate. The clerk who checked us in was great.
Cons -
- The room was not very clean. The mattress cover had multiple stains on it, the couch was stained, and the desk chairs were filthy - I don't think anyone would sit on them.
- The flap in the toilet tank would not seal, therefore constantly losing water causing the tank to try and refill over and over. The hotel itself, while clean, is in need of serious upgrading. The stove hood had built up grease.
