The location is great. The shower was incredible.
The value was lacking. We stayed in a King suite and the bed was extremely hard and very uncomfortable, actually the most uncomfortable bed we’ve ever stayed in. The pillows were fluffy but compressed to nothing; they offered no support.Kids were running up and down the halls well after 10pm with no intervention by management.There was no coffee available in the morning with the breakfast, without paying for it. Again, something I’ve not experienced before. The air conditioner wouldn’t stay on, so the room got hot then cold, then hot then cold, all night long. In addition to that, we had to hear the air conditioner cycle on and off all night long as well. The room itself was set up awkwardly. The TV was off to the side of the bed making it hard for both of us to enjoy. The bed itself should be placed in the middle of the room, with the TV at the foot of the bed. The TV also didn’t work well. The remote didn’t control the TV unless you pointed it specifically to a certain point and even then you had to push the buttons multiple times to get it to do anything.Overall, a very uncomfortable stay and a total disappointment.

Location was good. I liked the front staff.
Breakfast was awful. My dinner the night before was awful. You can't cook in a toaster oven and expect much. This was high priced for budget frozen stuff. VERY disappointed. It wasn't worth the extra money at all!The "Bistro" was ridiculous and nasty. It should not even be called any type of a place that cooks. Just make the frozen food available to warm up in a toaster oven or microwave would have been better.I could hear the music from next door in my room.

The location was quiet, felt safe, and very convenient for our trip needs. Plenty of restaurants and shops nearby.
It was a little overpriced for the accommodations. The room was very muggy, the AC didn’t seem to cool sufficiently. The ice machine was broken on our floor. Breakfast is a la cart and very pricey as well.

Hotel staff was super friendly. Room was clean.
They did not have free coffee available in the Lobby. Had to pay for Starbucks coffee in the morning. Room was pretty tight for a family of 3.

The location was great. It was quiet, close to everything, and easy to get to wherever we needed to go.
The bed was very uncomfortable. There was awkward clumped up sheets in the bedding as well that made it even more uncomfortable.
