Location and updated room.

Cons -

The heater did not work in the room I was in. I addressed it with the staff at the front desk two times in two days, early on in my week long stay. They didn't update me, nor did the heater get fixed. Very poor service.
The room smelt like pee.
Room faced parking lot. Lots of bright light at night even with curtains closed.
