The entire hotel was dirty. The lobby, the dining area, the exterior walk ways, the hallways and even the elevator were dirty and grimy. I purchased cleaning supplies and cleaned my room. I even unclogged the hotel vacuum I borrowed to vacuum my room.

I did not even continue my stay at this hotel because the outside was so dirty and unacceptable. I booked this based on the pictures but the parking lot and outside of the rooms looked so unsafe that I did not stay. Traveling alone, I had to leave.

No security my truck was broken into. 7 vehicles windows broken right in front of the hotels front door which the night staff was never at the desk. Staff or manager has expressed no concern at all. I won?t be back

Bathroom space. Paintings on the wall makes staying here feel like home too. Love the view from the 3rd floor. MainStay Suites is the best thus far. I enjoy it. I like being here.

Location fine, but the parking lot had no lights at all, it was very dark and felt unsafe for a female traveling alone. Also my debit card was apparently charged three times, so it will be an inconvenience to dispute this now.

Older hotel. Bathroom smelled like mildew and the paint was peeling on the ceiling. Seemed understaffed-when I arrived,a small group of people were waiting at the desk for towels and there was only one person working. Not bad for price,but not 3 stars
