Staff is incredibly helpful, professional. front desk are awesome! Shuttle drivers and Ty were outstanding. Their airport transport were no wait and safe. They also took us to the Mall, Sports Bar, anywhere within a mile.

The Black gentleman was the only person that greeted my husband and I during our stay ! The other front desk workers all seemed confused and rude honestly no one spoke or said a word . The bar staff was AMAZING , loved the food and drinks !

The Magnolia Hotel is a great value for the star level and location. I got a clean and well appointed room. Good size for one or two persons. Came with a closet and a tub/shower combo. Comfortable bedding. Overall clean.

The price was on point and the rooms air conditioner worked as it should, but the room had roaches and someone hit my vehicle while parked in the parking lot out in front near the office and lo and behold no cameras. Smh

As a dsiabled had to walk numerous times over steps t get help. They will be out of business soon, The hotel phone is NEVER answered for days!!!! I stood at the office and called and the staff did not answer - cannot hear ring, damaged system.

This hotel was amazing! I wish our stay was longer to enjoy it all!! Kids loved the pool and it was nice to relax to the side and they provide life jackets and everything you could need! I don’t think my kids want to stay anywhere else!

Location, pool, area, and staff. The hotel was beautiful. Location is great. The pool had lifeguards so safety is a priority. All of the amenities they offer are great. There is a couple of bar areas by the pool. They had an indoor playplace for kids.

Very friendly helpful staff. Room was very relaxing and views are amazing. Bed was very comfortable and plenty of pillows. The bistro was the best place eat. Service is terrific.
