The hotel had a $20 cash deposit policy that was not listed anywhere except at the front desk. It is returned at checkout IF the worker can find your name in the book that he repeatedly tried to skip over the page telling me he can?t pay it out.
I killed two roaches in my bathroom. The staff's accent was so bad I had to ask them to repeat themselves several times. When I checked out they tried to tell me I had already been given my key deposit, Not true and it took several minutes to get it.
The staff at check in was rude, the restroom door in the room wouldn?t close, the refrigerator was froze over couldn?t use it, and also ROACHES. Reported it to front desk nothing was done about it.
