- Front desk receptionist and shuttle driver. They were both exceptional and made the stay more enjoyable.

Cons -
- Messiness of the workers employed for room repairs. There were many workers staying at the hotel, and they were tracking dirt and tile mastic throughout the halls, and elevator. They could have been supervised much better to leave less of a mess behind.
- The top comforter on both beds were dirty I asked for new ones .the front desk said they will be replaced in the morning . Not once did I receive new ones not did I have any type of room service. I never had my do not disturb sign on the door.
