- The front clerk was rude. The room was dirty. Shower was dirty and had hair balls on the walls and floor. The sink was disgustingly and looked like someone had spit up in it. The was what looked like blood stains on the pillows and makeup. I have photos!
- The blankets in the room were inappropriately thick. If I had known we could have removed them, but even with an overnight temp in the 40s, my travelling companions needed the A/C because the window wasn't cool enough. No hot tub at all. $10 add on fee??
