- The bed was nice
- I liked that there was a comfy bed but that’s it.

- Dirty. I want a refund and I have photos to show
- The location. The mess. The general upkeep. The access to second floor. The 2 queen beds when I booked a king.
- The room needs renovation, the door didn’t close all the way shut, there was still a big crack under door, bathroom door wouldn’t even close, shower temp was not working well, there was a leak by the closet area I think it was when the ppl by us showered
