The floors carpet and restroom were wet without any water being spilled. The curtains wouldn't open and the stick to open them.was laying on the floor. No towels or toilet paper to spare. The toilet was leaning into the ground.

Always stay at this property when I have appointments at the Cleveland Clinic!! Its always top notch!!! Hotel, rooms and staff are the best!!! Love how close it is to the Cleveland Clinic, and almost continuous shuttles to the hospital!!

The location that I needed it was close to Cleveland Clinic it was the cheapest hotel and it didn't charge for the parking which was awesome. And the staff has always been friendly every time I've been there.

The manager was up and asking how people's breakfast were first thing in the morning with a suit and tie and a smile, helping out. Fronk desk asked if I needed anything else for my room when I called. Above and beyond.
