Great location no more than 13min drive to any sites downtown and around the city

Very welcoming stuff. The hotel is in a great location. Close to Cleveland clinic in case Western University. Clean and comfortable rooms.

I was incredibly pleased with this hotel! Easy, free parking; easy location for getting to other parts of the city (downtown/university neighborhoods, etc.); walkable to grab something to eat at a nearby place. Clean, nice breakfast, super helpful staff, free coffee/tea all day (including decaf, which is oddly above and beyond in my opinion). The bed was comfy, the shower had good water pressure/temp, the elevators simple since there are only 4 floors, etc.

The location made me a little uneasy as a single woman traveler. Two blocks one way, not great. The other direction was fine.

The staff was AMAZING!!! They all remained friendly and professional while being extremely busy!! The cleaning ladies were smiling and wishing all of the Cheerleaders good luck!! The breakfast attendants on Tuesday and Wednesday were friendly while keeping things clean and stocked!! The front desk ladies when we checked in on Monday evening were so polite despite it being chaotic and busy, I had an issue with my key card on Monday night and the overnight guy was kind and fixed it with a smile, the check out ladies Wednesday morning were kind and it was a simple process!! I would hands down recommend this hotel to EVERYONE!!

Free parking. Hotel was clean, had nice seating outside and in lobby. Coffee and tea out all day, great breakfast in the am. Rooms were comfy and clean, even had laundry on site
