- Whoever worked the night shift at the front desk was amazing. Kept all the unruly kids in the pool under control.
- The staff was terrific, especially Suzanne, she was the consummate professional.

- Everything was good except the pool area. There was a lot of people in the pool area who was not staying and didn’t have a room. They all talked about leaving when the pool closed. It ruins the experience for us who pay to be there.
