My room was perfect. It was very clean, there was nothing showing where, and the bed was comfortable. When I saw it had an overall rating of 7.9, I was just a little bit concerned, but this hotel was every bit as nice as the 8.5 and 9 rating hotels.

I traveled for Lollapalooza and this hotel couldn’t have been at a better location. It’s right across the street from Grant park where it takes place. Staff were all friendly and nice. Security was fantastic, I never felt more secure.

Our check-in experience set the bar high. The gentleman who cared for us was so kind and personable. He shared with us a brief history lesson, including the filming of the movie Blank Check. He made our son, the birthday boy, feel so special.
