I don't understand any of the bad reviews. Room, bed, staff, etc were fine. For an under $---a night room, I was very satisfied. When noticed a problem with the heat, the engineer came within ten minutes and fixed it.

I despised the incompetence of this hotel, and the noise level. Despite being on a high floor, it was extremely noisy all night. Further, when I had loud neighbors who were literally screaming/slamming the door, the hotel did nothing

The AC heater in the room did not work. We were very cold every night . Staff brought us a portable heater unit that was small and barely made a difference
