Pros +
- this was an exceptional site. Location, comfortable room and the Tick Tock diner was a huge plus.
- The location was perfect.
- It was a nice place to stay. The rooms were small, but it's NYC.
Cons -
- thin walls
- The housekeeping was hit or miss. They didn't always pay attention to the finer details.
- Hotel room was cute. Behind the mirror and vents were gross and dirty. Even where the old tissue holder was dirty. I think the elevator areas of the hotel need cleaned. I like the old world charm so maybe fix and clean things, instead of replacing.
