- The door man was very helpful and so were the two guys that work the afternoon front desk shift
- Location and great staff.
- Location, staff, cleanliness, comfortable bed view of Empire Star Building from room!
Cons -
- They offer complementary water and cofee but you actually end up paying for it
- bathroom and the hotel room needs hooks on the walls.
- Shower controls were weird/cumbersom
