- The staff and Manager was so personal and hospitable .. felt good to know the team was concerned for my safety and care
- Location, very accommodating staff, rooms were bigger than expected
- Certainly the location and even the quaint little boutique hotel had its charms

- Room segregation is not good, whenever the neighboring room opened/closed their door, it felt like someone is trying to open your door, was loud.
- I despised the incompetence of this hotel, and the noise level. Despite being on a high floor, it was extremely noisy all night. Further, when I had loud neighbors who were literally screaming/slamming the door, the hotel did nothing
