Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. Please inform Leo House of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation. A damage deposit of USD 100 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Please note, only registered guests are allowed on the property. Guests are not allowed to have visitors. The complimentary breakfast served Monday to Friday, is nonrefundable. Please note, breakfast is not served on Saturdays or Sundays and on the following holidays: Christmas, New Year, Thanksgiving and the 4th of July, because the dining room is closed.
